Kim Ploussard, LMHC, SEP, DCC
Kim Ploussard is a licensed, mental health counselor practicing in New York State. She has a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from SUNY/Albany and post-masters training in the field of relationship and marital therapy. Ms. Ploussard has over twenty years experience counseling a diverse population, including individuals and couples in alternative life styles, trauma survivors, and addictions.
She has studied with Terry Real since 2003 using the RLT approach with couples and is the Co-director of Relational Life Mastery & Coaching program of RLT providing coaching to other therapists learning the model. Ms. Ploussard has studied with Pia Mellody since 2006 and provides intensive trauma workshops based on Post Induction Therapy treating individuals with their issues of co-dependence and family trauma.
She is currently in private-practice counseling couples and families wanting to improve their relationships. Ms. Ploussard is also an SE (Somatic Experiencing) practitioner.
