I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) and have been working in the counseling field for over eight years. I help individuals and couples heal family trauma, recover from addiction, and grow into their most functional adult selves. My style is relational, warm, and occasionally challenging, with structured homework and experiential practices woven in. I especially enjoy bringing a strong foundation in Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapy (DARTT) into both therapy and coaching. For the past ten years, I’ve been involved with the Healing Our Core Issues (HOCI) Institute and now serve as a faculty member, supporting others in deepening their clinical and personal development.
