She now specializes in working with young adults ages around the ages of 18-30 with a lens toward thriving and a specific focus on: relationship with others and self - including self-regulation and self-encouragement, inner child healing, choosing safe and supportive co-regulation, family of origin issues and codependence. Located in Stillwater, Minnesota, Dena offers both in-person and telehealth appointments.
