Feeling Stuck? Wondering why life isn’t as good as you believe it could be. I appreciate
the opportunity to work with you and together, let’s explore how trauma might be driving
your life. For more than 30 years I have been integrating body/mind therapies into my
practice. I started in the early1990’s with Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (American
Version) by Judith Delany. In the early 2000’s I completed my Master’s in Professional
Counseling, started my private practice, and began studying Developmental Trauma with
Pia Mellody, founder of the Meadow’s Model. This became and continues to be the
foundation for most of my work. Next I added Somatic Experiencing and Dave Berger’s
BASE training, followed by advanced BASE training in Concussions and PTSD and Peter
Levine’s advanced training in Chronic Pain and Syndromes. While employing this training
I became an approved Somatic Experiencing International teaching assistant at all levels
and an approved session provider for students at the beginning, intermediate and advanced
levels. Most recently, following a bout with cancer, I completed David Kessler’s Grief
Educator Certification.
