As a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist, I have over twenty five years experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have a passion for working with individuals and couples in difficult relationships or with high conflict. I utilize solution focused, problem solving, goal oriented therapy to bring about solutions and change.

Being PIT trained, I incorporate these concepts into sessions with clients. I also conduct four day intensives for men and women to gain healing from their childhood traumas. Usually the focus is on those areas which are being most impacted in one's current life situation. 

As a Certified Sex Therapist, I have training and experience to assist clients who are effected sexually from the past or from current life circumstances.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I provide specific support for sexual and pornography addicts and hurting spouses.  I work with addicts and partners, as well as couples in recovery. 

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma.
