I am so happy that you are here. I want to meet you with a compassionate interest to improve how you feel and function in your life. Are you feeling stuck or hopeless? Do you feel unsatisfied in your life and in your relationship? My hope is to help you clarify your heart's longings and find freedom you desire to be authentically you and feel your capability to take action in positive and effective ways. My hope is to provide peace and clarity about pains that persist in spite of efforts already made. I hope to create a new path forward. I have over 30 years working in the mental health profession. My hope is to provide relief from negative and limiting self-beliefs that are barriers to being authentic and free in your relationships and pursuing your heart's longing. True healing, which is long-lasting, is possible. There is hope for relief from difficult patterns that don’t serve you.

I work in person or online. I provide EMDR and DARTT online as well as in person.

If you are a parent looking for help for your son or daughter, I also work with ages 7 and up. I have a play space working with kids using play therapy. I will also work with you, as the parent, in learning how to better support your child.
