Karen works with Individuals, Couples, Groups and facilitates Intensive Workshops based on Pia Mellody's Post Induction Therapy.

Karen has also trained with Patrick Carnes and is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). Karen engages in ongoing training through Patrick Carnes' organization, the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). and receives ongoing mentorship through Pia's monthly networking calls.

Karen is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) through the CMI Institute.
