I am fully certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which you can do from the comfort of your home. EMDR will help you find relief from traumatic memories and negative beliefs you hold about yourself. I am also fully certified in DART (Developmental and Relational Therapy).

My interests include working with adoptees, people suffering from grief and loss, people who feel lost and alone, people struggling with life transitions, survivors of abuse, neglect and trauma and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
