Sarah Barrett, LICSW, has been a clinical social worker for 22 years. She has been training extensively in couples therapy through the Relational Life Institute and in Pia Melody’s Post Induction Therapy (PIT) model. Her practice specializes in couples/ relationship therapy. Her individual therapy focuses on helping people cultivate loving-kindness toward themselves and others.

She is a trauma informed therapist focusing specifically on early childhood trauma and single incident traumas using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is a certified RLT therapist and fully trained in PIT as well as a Level II EMDR therapist. She is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, as well as Somatic Experiencing. She also brings Buddhist principles to her practice.
