Through individual and couples counseling I assist people to gain insight into unhealthy habitual patterns, identifying limiting belief systems and developing practical relational skills. This work helps people learn to maintain healthy boundaries and create more balance and happiness in one's life. I integrate Somatic Experiencing to gently help the body build capacity and coherence to support this process of change. Reflection and compassion for self and others, and truthful challenging are central to my approach.

I specialize in relationships, trauma, spiritual direction, grief, family of origin, boundary work, archetypes and finding ones true voice. My ideal client is someone who is serious about his or her own personal and spiritual growth and is willing to stretch themselves in the spirit of change.

I do have another private practice in Portland, Maine. I am there on Tuesday through Thursday of each week.
