I am a licensed trauma therapist based in Cincinnati, OH. I specialize in treating childhood trauma and attachment trauma, perinatal mental health, and post-abortion mental health.

I offer insight-oriented, somatic-based therapy and work with clients both in person and virtually. I use parts work, mindfulness, and self-compassion tools with clients to help heal and grow.
