Making the decision to see a counselor is an important one which can bring about many emotions; fear, anxiety, confusion, relief, exhilaration, hope or a combination of all these and more. My name is Kathy Sprinkle and it is my privilege to assist in guiding you through those initial emotions to uncover the history, patterns and reasons in your life that brought you to this place. It is my desire that by doing your work in therapy you will find hope and freedom.
My areas of practice are: Relationship distress, marriage counseling, self-esteem issues, sexual/physical/emotional abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, co-dependence, sex addiction and partners of sex addicts.
My core belief about counseling: Whether or not you are a person of faith, the trust you place in me with your honesty and vulnerability is a sacred honor that is not taken lightly. If you and I work hard together as a TEAM, we will see growth and healing.
