Stephanie Ecke is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice in San Antonio, Texas. With over 25 years of recovery herself, Stephanie brings not just solid technique, but practical application to the table.

Trainings with Pia include PIT, Inner Child, Feeling Reduction and Couples Boundaries Work. Also skilled in EMDR and EFT, Stephanie has attained expert status as a clinician working with childhood wounding and other trauma . She uses a blend of these therapies as well as cognitive work to help clients change outdated thought and feeling patterns in order to resolve their pasts and creates  more fulfilling futures.

Stephanie deeply believes in Pia's model as a holistic model, addressing body, mind and spirit. She sees it as a recovery model and a spiritual practice. With that said, Stephanie tries to practice daily the 5 principles of Self-Esteem, Boundaries, Reality, Self-Care and Moderation in the healing of her own life.
