I have spent years developing my own unique client-centered and client-driven style of therapy, in which I cultivate and nurture an authentic, comfortable, and shame-free space for clients to tap into their most true selves. I encourage my clients to show up unapologetically and meet each individual where they’re at.

Strongly guided by my intuition, I offer a deeply empathic and individualized set of tools for realigning incongruent elements of one’s self and values. As a highly sensitive person, I am passionate about helping you investigate all lanes of existence through this lens. Through attachment and core issues work, I provide a grounded, holistic, and action oriented approach to re-centering my client’s relationship with themselves, their environment, as well as their relationships with others. I also have a vehement curiosity for diving into and exploring innate knowings to find a clearer and more vivid understanding of those messages and channels in your life.

Often referred to by others as an “old soul”, I'm a casual conversationalist, deep thinker, collector of books, absorber of podcasts/articles, often wearing sneakers, and habitually reading my horoscope.
